At Efflorescence, I help women find calm, clarity, and confidence during some of life’s hardest seasons—divorce, adoption, and parenting children from hard places.
I combine professional training with lived experience to support women in healing their nervous systems, breaking old patterns, and rebuilding from the inside out. As a certified health and wellness professional with over 15 years of nonprofit experience—and as a mom to two adopted children—I understand how overwhelming it can feel to care for your family while trying to hold yourself together.

Who says kids don't come with instruction manuals? In my experience, understanding where children are developmentally can go a long way in meeting their needs and helping them grow into the humans they were meant to be. Teaching and parenting can be a challenge and we want to do our best for the kids in our lives. My work centers around training and support that opens that instruction manual and makes your work with children less tricky.

Pamela offers 1:1 Coaching for mothers navigating overwhelm, burnout, adoption, and major life transitions like divorce. Her work focuses on helping women understand their emotional responses, regulate stress, and build a sense of safety and calm within their bodies. Through practical tools, compassionate guidance, and lived experience, Pamela supports mothers in breaking reactive patterns and creating more connected, peaceful homes. Pamela also partners with agencies and organizations to support parent education on the above topics.

Emily provides consulting rooted in early childhood education and real-life application for families and organizations supporting children and parents. With a background in education she brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to helping providers and professionals better understand behavior, learning, and emotional needs. Emily’s work bridges knowledge and compassion, helping providers and families feel supported, informed, and empowered.

Our courses are designed to offer deeper support and guided healing at your own pace. Healing Through Divorce supports women in processing grief, rebuilding stability, and reconnecting with themselves after separation. Anchored Motherhood helps mothers develop emotional regulation, inner safety, and resilience so they can show up more calmly and confidently in everyday life.
